Augmedics, is a medical device start-up company that transforming spine surgery with xvision: the first augmented reality surgical navigation system.
We are looking for Program Manager (PM) to help expand adoption, train hospital teams, and drive business growth.
As a Program Manager, you will:
✔ Lead and manage multiple programs to increase xvision utilization.
✔ Train and support surgeons, rad techs, and OR staff.
✔ Drive sales growth and strategic market development.
✔ Work closely with hospital teams to optimize xvision adoption.
✔ Support live xvision procedures and train surgeons on advanced system skills.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
✔ 2+ years of medical device sales experience.
✔ Familiarity with spine surgery (preferred).
✔ Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
✔ Willingness to travel up to 50%.
