Program Manager to lead the further implementation of the Global Standard on Business Process Management and the related Standard on Operational Risk and Control activities.
Each business line needs to assign an implementation manager for its own domain. The Program Manager is responsible for the overall coordination.
The initiative takes place on the boundary of Process Management and Operational Risk Management and is supported by architecture;
The Head of Chapter Process Management, Head of Operational Risk Management, and Head of Architecture form the steering committee that steers the initiative. The Program Manager will receive his assignment from this steering committee and will report progress and impediments to this committee;
A small team with representatives of the 3 departments is available to support the implementation within the individual business lines.
