Job description

As an Instructional Designer, you will play a key role in developing and enhancing learning experiences that drive engagement and knowledge retention. You will design and develop instructional materials, collaborate with subject matter experts, and leverage innovative learning strategies to support training initiatives. Additionally, you will contribute to process improvements, analyze learning effectiveness, and provide operational support to enhance the overall training and development strategy.

 

📅 Your Day-to-Day

As an Instructional Designer, you will perform the following activities and responsibilities:

  • Training Content Development: Create engaging and effective learning materials for both e-learning and instructor-led formats.
  • Creative Use of Tools: Leverage a variety of software and platforms to build interactive and impactful training experiences, adapting to the absence of a formal LMS.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in managing learning projects from design through delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate complex concepts into clear and effective learning content.
  • Data Analytics: Collect, analyze, and interpret data from training sessions to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support for Talent Development Initiatives: Contribute to broader learning and development strategies, including performance support materials and career development programs.
  • Professional Growth: Maintain curiosity and openness to learning opportunities within talent development, with potential for career growth within Bring IT.

Qualifications Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or Certifications in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in training, instructional design, or a related role. Experience with developing learning content without an LMS is an advantage.
  •  Must have an advanced level of English (spoken and written)

Skills & Competencies

  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools, multimedia content creation, and adaptable use of available resources.
  • Learning Design: Understanding of adult learning principles and the ability to apply them in practical, creative ways.
  • Data Analytics: Proficiency in analyzing learning data to drive decisions and improve training effectiveness.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and approach challenges with a problem-solving mindset.
