Products tied to ventilation related solutions that deal with heat load, moisture, air quality and noise issues that impact workers, products, and processes in a wide variety of industries and applications.
Territory Sales ManagerResponsibilities
Build relationships through in-person sales calls to manufacturing plants, warehouses, engineering firms, critical environments such as clean rooms and data centers.
Develop the technical knowledge and skills required to present and sell the full line of Eldridge ventilation products and engineered solutions.
Develop industry expertise of regulatory standards and certification classifications.
Work with in-house design and estimating team to ensure customer proposals are detailed and accurate.
Provide professional presentations and proposals.
Work with management in developing forecasts and business plans.
Be accountable to all company reporting requirements and plan obligations.

Educational / Experience requirements
Bachelor’s degree – (Business or Engineering preferred).
5 years of professional sales experience (Ventilation or HVAC a plus, but not required).
Technical aptitude to work with engineers and designers.
Skills required

Ability to access and present to C Suite personnel and Engineers.
Willingness and ability to take on and manage large projects.
