Dura-Line is seeking to hire an analytical & experienced remote Regional North American EHSS Manager (Environmental, Health, Safety and Sustainability) for our Western US and CAN facilities that will direct jurisdictional requirements on governance, company EHSS policy and standards, and oversee EHS initiatives within the United States and Canada. This is a critical role that will design, develop, and implement location-specific EHSS programs, policies, and best management practices. You will direct and guide corporate initiatives, processes, and goals within safety & health, environment, sustainability, and security at your designated manufacturing plants.
As a strategic and proactive leader, you will drive continuous compliance improvements across sites while advancing Orbia's ESG initiatives, reducing injuries, and supporting sustainability and ISO efforts. As a subject matter expert with strong leadership and communication skills, you will travel to North American manufacturing sites to mentor and coach Site EHSS Managers and Specialists. Your expertise in EHSS jurisdictional requirements will help ensure governance and oversight, while your regulatory knowledge, technical proficiency, and best practices will strengthen local EHS management systems.

“The compensation for this position will typically range from $108,000 -$176,000/yr. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.
The compensation package may also include short and long-term incentive compensation.
