Sales Process Coordinator

We are looking for a Sales Process Coordinator who will strengthen our team. 

Responsibilities:

• Process Oversight: Manage the entire sales order process, from initial receipt from the sales team to final handover to operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
• Interdepartmental Coordination: Act as a key liaison between the sales and operations teams, facilitating smooth transitions of client deals and ensuring clear communication across departments.
• Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control measures to minimize errors and optimize order accuracy.
• Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve issues or bottlenecks in the sales process efficiently to prevent disruptions in operations.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to all company policies, guidelines, and procedures throughout the sales process, maintaining a strong awareness of regulations and best practices.
• Speed & Quality Balance: Work efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy. The ability to combine speed and quality is crucial in this role.
• Multitasking: Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines without compromising quality.

A successful candidate:

• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. 
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate between multiple departments.
• Proficiency in CRM, ERP and SF software, along with strong general computer skills.
• Ability to work quickly without compromising quality, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
• Strong multitasking skills – the ability to manage multiple processes and requests simultaneously while maintaining efficiency and accuracy.

Working conditions:
