The 10 member APAC team operates across Australia, Singapore, and India, working with some of the region’s largest banks, omnichannel retailers, and telcos.
This is a remote role; however, you must be located in Singapore.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Director, Customer Growth, to lead our post-sales Customer Success and Technical Account Management teams across APAC & the Middle East. This strategic leadership role will focus on ensuring customers maximize the business impact of their loyalty programs and promotions, driving retention, and expanding revenue opportunities. You will work closely with Sales, Partnerships, and Product teams to optimize incentive strategies, demonstrate ROI, and grow customer investment in Talon.One.
