Job description

The Strategic Growth Department of one of the fastest-growing accounting firms in the country is seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist who is motivated to learn, excited to collaborate and passionate about delivering outstanding results. This individual will have a direct impact on our firm’s mission of serving as a catalyst for those striving to achieve their highest potential. 

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing our marketing automation systems, managing our technology stack, and ensuring our marketing operations run efficiently and effectively.

 

What You’ll Do:

Marketing Technology Stack Management

  • Oversee marketing technology stack including vendor relationships, invoicing and project management
  • Ensure seamless integration between marketing platforms and other business systems
  • Drive adoption and best practices for marketing technology use across the Strategic Growth team

Data Management and Analytics

  • Monitor and report on marketing automation performance
  • Optimize lead scoring and routing processes
  • Maintain and update marketing KPI dashboards in HubSpot and Looker Studio
  • Assist in data analytics and insights initiatives

Process Optimization and Project Management

  • Optimize processes across marketing functions and implement improvements using ClickUp
  • Develop and maintain documentation for marketing operations processes in ClickUp
  • Empower the marketing team to adopt and utilize ClickUp efficiently and consistently

Campaign Operations

  • Oversee the operational aspects of multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with market growth and content team members to develop automated nurture campaigns
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations in all marketing activities

 

What We’re Looking For:  

  • Strong understanding of data analytics and marketing performance measurement
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and experience working on a remote or hybrid team
  • Experience working with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com)
  • Knowledge and experience with major marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot)
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Experience with business intelligence and visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Power BI)
  • Understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)

 

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations or related fields

The stated pay scale reflects the range that Anders reasonably expects to pay for this position.  The actual pay rate for this position will be dependent on a variety of factors, including an applicant’s years of experience, unique skills and abilities, education, alignment with similar internal candidates, marketplace factors, other requirements for the position, and firm business practices.

Salary Range
$71,000$88,000 USD
