Job Title: Executive Assistant
Type: Full-time, Remote
Working Hours: EST (Preferably LATAM-based)
Compensation: $1,800 – $2,500 USD per month

Job Description

As an Executive Assistant, you will be the right hand to the CEO and three other executives, ensuring seamless scheduling, coordination, and prioritization of tasks. This role requires a meticulous, Type A personality who thrives in a startup environment, moves quickly, and can anticipate needs before they arise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Calendar & Meeting Management: Organize and prioritize meetings for the CEO and executives, ensuring schedules are optimized and aligned with company priorities.

  • Travel & Agenda Coordination: Arrange travel logistics, prepare itineraries, and ensure smooth execution of executive trips.

  • Proactive Prioritization: Identify non-urgent meetings and tasks to optimize the CEO’s time effectively.

  • HR Administrative Support: Assist with light HR tasks, including payroll, benefits coordination, and company-wide communications.

  • Communication & Documentation: Maintain clear and professional communication across teams, ensuring smooth operations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience supporting executives in a startup or fast-paced environment.

  • Strong calendar management and meeting coordination skills.

  • Ability to anticipate needs and proactively manage priorities.

  • Experience with travel coordination and agenda planning.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Familiarity with Slack, Gmail, Google Drive, and Notion.

  • Located in LATAM or able to work EST hours.
