JOB DESCRIPTION:

Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated, self-starter to fuel our sales efforts through key national partnerships (Rental Car, Private Fleets, Government, Fleet Management Companies & Dealer Groups) with hyperfocus on our Take 5 Quick Lube and Auto Glass Now brands.

 

 

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Grow specific fleet segment business verticals along with annual department sales targets

  • Develop and execute an annual sales plan in coordination with team members

  • Activate national programs at the local/regional level

  • Use the Driven Fleet “value prop” to win current/existing customer business

  • Implement created programs and roll them out effectively

  • Coordinate account activity with Operations counterparts

  • Travel 40%

 

Qualifications:

  • Documented sales/leadership skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written

  • Project management oversight

  • Proactive thinker who can turn ideas into results

  • Strong organizational & leadership skills

  • Ability to simplify tasks in order to achieve growth-oriented results

Compensation Range:

$65,400.00 - $116,800.00

Compensation Frequency:

Annual

Base pay offered may vary depending on actual location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Supplemental pay types may include commissions or bonus incentives, depending on the role.
