⚡ Your Mission as a Senior Product Designer:

You will be an integral part of the design team, creating exceptional products that captivate and delight our users. This full time role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth of Ancient and its diverse brands, where innovation and creativity are at the forefront.

You will be working on:

• CSGORoll — the world’s #1 skin gaming site. A community social gaming platform specifically designed for CS2 players, featuring unique in-house custom-built games, such as Roulette, Crash, Unboxing, and PVP.
• HypeDrop — a leading gamified shopping platform, where over 500,000 users experience the excitement of real-time mystery box openings, box battles, and customizable deals. Since 2018, HypeDrop has sold over 150 million boxes, revolutionizing the way people shop and win.

You will:

• Collaborating with developers, designers, and other people to produce unique products
• Developing assets/design systems and carrying out their maintenance (linked elements, components, naming convention), ensuring proper documentation quality and scalability in Figma
• Identifying any potential problems with our design system/products and proposing solutions
• Becoming an ambassador for each brand’s design guidelines, best practices and standards
• Proposing and testing new features to the existing products
• Making people fall in love with the product
• Designing beautiful, easy to use interfaces that connect with the user - simplicity will be at the core of everything you do
• Rethinking and challenging standards, always with the user experience in mind
• Staying up to date on current industry trends and market conditions
• Being the bridge of the gap between the technology and the user

You will excel in this role if you possess:

• Experience with iGaming/gambling entertainment industry, with a strong understanding of gambling mechanics and player psychology
• Proven experience in all phases of the design process including user research, copywriting, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design and usability testing
• Minimum 4 years of experience with Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud and Sketch and you are familiar with JIRA
• Strong visual design skills, attention to detail, and expertise in typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
• Excellent attention to detail
• The ability to collect and interpret both qualitative and quantitative feedback
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with a passion for games and digital experiences
