  • Utilise CRM systems for tracking sales activities and managing the sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities 

  • Identify, target and secure new clients, focusing on entertainment industry sectors including TV, Film, Fashion, Music and Touring.   

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to exceed revenue and profitability targets 

  • Lead the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and deal closure 

  • Build a pipeline of prospective clients through networking, industry events, referrals, and proactive outreach 

  • Engage and build strong relationships with key decision-makers  

  • Stay ahead of industry trends, client challenges, and competitor offerings to position the company as the preferred travel partner 

  • Provide insights on market opportunities and potential business risks 

  • Develop compelling, customised proposals and presentations for high-value prospects 

  • Lead contract negotiations, ensuring commercially viable and competitive agreements 

  • Work closely with internal teams to align proposals with service capabilities 

  • Utilise CRM systems to track sales activity, pipeline management, and forecasting
