Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Growth
  • Develop and execute a scalable organic social media framework (YouTube, Reddit, Facebook, LinkedIn).
  • Implement data-driven engagement strategies to increase audience interactions, traffic, and conversions.
  • Optimize organic social media for multiple audiences at different funnel stages.
  • Build and manage a strategic Reddit presence, including subreddit development, AMAs, and content repurposing for other platforms.
  • Develop a measurement and optimization approach that ensures social efforts contribute to both immediate and long-term goals.
YouTube & Reddit Optimization
  • Craft and refine YouTube Shorts and long-form content strategies, optimizing titles, descriptions, keywords, and engagement tactics in collaboration with SEO.
  • Develop and execute Reddit engagement strategies, leveraging subreddit participation, AMA hosting, and targeted discussions to grow brand presence and community engagement.
Content Planning & Execution
  • Build and maintain a multi-platform content calendar to ensure consistent posting and engagement.
  • Collaborate with SEO, PPC, and creative teams to develop and refine content optimized for each platform.
  • Develop processes for scaling content production and engagement, ensuring high-quality, high-impact execution.
  • Repurpose content for maximum distribution, ensuring key insights and discussions extend across platforms.
Data Analysis, Testing & Optimization
  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics (engagement, traffic, revenue impact).
  • Develop and execute A/B tests and hypothesis-driven experiments to optimize content formats, post timing, and messaging.
  • Measure and refine how social efforts contribute to brand visibility, audience affinity, and overall digital presence.
Collaboration & Learning
  • Work closely with SEO and PPC teams to align organic social insights with paid strategies.
  • Stay ahead of emerging social media trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes to ensure maximum performance.
  • Proactively explore cross-platform content repurposing and engagement tactics for wider audience reach.
