Content Creation: Produce high-quality, engaging content, including graphics, videos, and copy, tailored to our target audience across platforms. Community Management: Monitor, engage with, and grow our online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely, empathetic manner. Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns that highlight key initiatives, events, and success stories. Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media performance metrics, providing regular reports with actionable insights. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, operations, and support teams to ensure alignment with company goals and messaging. Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on social media trends and best practices to keep Pryde Support at the forefront of digital engagement.
