Channel Partnership Manager - Fantastic Fitness SaaS Brand

£38-40k basic salary plus strong OTE £70k

This is a fitness job offering remote working

Our client is a leading provider of innovative SaaS solutions for the fitness and leisure industry in the United Kingdom. Their software empowers gyms, leisure facilities, and wellness providers to streamline operations, enhance member experiences, and drive growth.

We now have a fantastic and new opportunity for a dynamic and experienced Channel Partner Manager to join this incredible growing team.

You will be responsible for nurturing relationships with channel partners, including resellers, distributors, and affiliates. We are also looking for someone to really focus on driving new business through additional partnerships, both in the UK and internationally.

Key Responsibilities of this exciting new role:

  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with channel partners to ensure they are well-informed, engaged, and motivated to promote our products.
  • Training and Enablement: Provide training and resources to channel partners to ensure they have a deep understanding of our products, value proposition, and sales strategies.
  • Business Development and growth: You will be nurturing leads and seeking additional partnership channels both in the UK and internationally
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with channel partners to develop joint sales and marketing initiatives, including campaigns, promotions, and lead generation activities.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and assess the performance of channel partners, setting KPIs and goals, and providing regular feedback and guidance.
  • Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and threats in the fitness and leisure SaaS market.
  • Revenue Growth: Work closely with channel partners to drive sales growth, meet revenue targets, and expand our customer base.

About you:

  • Proven track record of success in channel partner management or similar roles, ideally in the SaaS industry (applicants with this background will be highly favoured as part of the selection process), you must be strong in business development + sales for this role
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with partners
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to make informed decisions
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
