Job Description Summary

The Sales Manager at ResidentIQ will oversee the assigned residential sales reps and sales operations, focusing on developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and a deep understanding of the real estate technology market. 

  • Develop Sales Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive sales plans to meet organizational goals and revenue targets.
  • Lead Sales Team: Recruit, train, and mentor sales representatives, fostering a high-performing team environment.
  • Monitor Performance: Regularly assess performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new business opportunities.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional service and addressing any concerns promptly.
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed sales reports and present findings to senior management, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications

What You'll Do (Functions & Responsibilities)

  • Responsible for working collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams
  • Responsible for the achievement of individual monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
  • Acquire new customers from a variety of lead sources including hot, warm, and cold leads from campaigns, partnerships, and events
  • Managing the team to develop and close sales opportunities through proactive, outbound prospecting and diligent follow up
  • Manage the team to effectively communicate with and sell to prospects by identifying business challenges and requirements
  • Coach and assist the team to address prospects’/customers’ challenges by presenting, demonstrating, and persuasively communicating the value of the solution
  • Responsible for weekly forecasting and reporting by consistently maintaining accurate data and records in CRM
  • Be a positive representative of the company and its brand in the marketplace
  • Represent company at industry related trade shows, company sponsored events and in market acquisition trips
  • Effectively deliver compelling sales presentations/demos
  • Coach and monitor the team has a high level of phone communication speaking with and selling to existing clients and new prospects
  • The ideal candidate will be comfortable with public speaking to groups of 50+

  • Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in sales, preferably in B2B sales environment and the vacation industry
  • Proven track record of sales achievement
  • In-depth knowledge of multifamily SAAS solutions
  • Excellent communication skills including fundamental presentation skills and ability to articulate ideas clearly and appropriately to influence others
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
  • Strong accountability and commitment to excellence
  • Energetic phone presence and excellent active listening skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills & the ability to influence external/internal stakeholders

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred, equivalent relevant experience.
