Position Overview 

 

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Software Implementation Project Manager to lead the successful execution of software implementation projects for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, deep knowledge of software implementation processes, and a track record of delivering projects on time. Our Project Managers will need to work closely with other team members to deliver a configured system, schedule trainings and roll out and ensure all action items are complete. This candidate should be comfortable with customer communications, scheduling, post-call notes, project planning and status reports. 

 

Responsibilities 

 

Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and schedules for software implementation projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements, resource availability, and project goals. 

Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation process, building strong relationships and effectively communicating project status, milestones, and risks. 

Team Coordination: Lead cross-functional project teams, including product specialists, trainers, customer success managers, and client stakeholders, to ensure seamless collaboration and efficient project execution. 

Requirements Gathering: Work closely with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and define project scope and objectives. 

 

Qualifications 

  • Proven experience (3-5 years) in project management, with a focus on software implementation projects.
  • Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, team members, and senior management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to think strategically.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is preferred.
