Schedule:

  • Part-time, flexible (minimum 28 hours per week), Monday to Friday 9am to 2:30pm

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical NDIS Compliance and Auditing Specialist to join our client’s dedicated team.   • Meticulously monitor and manage service agreements, guaranteeing alignment with NDIS requirements and client needs
  • Collaborate with the finance team to assist in payroll management, ensuring accurate and timely processing
  • Conduct comprehensive background compliance checks, maintaining detailed and up-to-date records to support organizational integrity
  • Utilize video conferencing tools like Zoom to facilitate effective communication with internal staff, fostering a collaborative remote work environment
  • Analyze compliance data and prepare insightful reports for management, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
  • Stay abreast of changes in NDIS regulations and update internal processes accordingly to maintain continuous compliance
Requirements
  • Proven experience working with NDIS or similar healthcare compliance systems, demonstrating a strong understanding of the regulatory landscape
  • Excellent analytical skills with a track record of conducting thorough audits and tracking complex KPIs
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for maintaining high standards of accuracy in all tasks
  • Advanced proficiency in video conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom) and standard office software suites
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex compliance issues clearly
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high productivity
  • Flexibility to align working hours with Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST)
