Job Description

We’re seeking a tech-savvy Virtual Assistant specializing in CRM management to join our forward-thinking real estate team. In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our client relationship operations, leveraging your expertise in Brevity CRM to streamline our processes and enhance our client interactions. Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize our Brevity CRM system, ensuring all client data is accurate and up-to-date
  • Design and implement effective drip campaigns to nurture leads and maintain client engagement
  • Create a seamless integration between our Redfin leads and Brevity CRM using Zapier, automating data flow and improving efficiency
  • Generate insightful reports and analyze data to drive improvements in our client engagement strategies
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries, maintaining a high standard of communication within the CRM
  • Collaborate with team members to align CRM strategies with overall business goals
  • Continuously research and suggest new CRM features and integrations to enhance our operations
Requirements
  • Proven experience with Brevity CRM, specifically in the real estate industry
  • Proficiency in Zapier for creating integrations between platforms
  • Strong understanding of real estate processes and terminology
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote environment
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal
  • Experience in generating reports and analyzing CRM data for business insights
  • Familiarity with real estate lead generation and nurturing processes
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and software updates
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both with clients and team members
