About The Role:

As a Deal Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing customer deals from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with the internal policies of CrowdStrike Financial Services. This role demands a proactive approach to handling customer and partner relationships to ensure an exemplary customer experience throughout their journey with us.

What You'll Do:

  • Educate customers on the company’s financing solutions and guide them throughout the end-to-end process.

  • Develop and maintain an opportunity pipeline.

  • Review, negotiate, and manage all company contracts, including financing and lease financing agreements.

  • Maintain and update the contract management system to ensure accuracy and completeness of contract data.

  • Actively communicate with partners and customer to manage relationships and ensure consistent satisfaction with our offerings.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, credit, finance, and technical departments, to optimize customer outcomes and streamline processes.

  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to other team members, fostering a collaborative and customer-centric work environment.

  • Handle sensitive information with high levels of integrity and confidentiality.

  • Assist in developing internal guidelines and policies for contract management and participate in risk management evaluations.

  • Provide periodic reports to management on contract status and compliance.

What You'll Need:

  • Typically requires 4-7 years’ experience in a deal manager or a related field, with a strong preference for backgrounds in financial services or lease financing.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive documentation with discretion and precision.

  • Strong organizational, time management, prioritization, and follow-through skills.

  • Capable of quickly adapting to new technologies and systems.

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

  • Knowledge of legal and financial principles related to contract management.

  • University degree or equivalent practical experience, with a commitment to ongoing learning and customer service excellence.

The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $100,000 - $170,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits.
