Job Description

We’re looking for a skilled and innovative Pinterest Manager to join our creative team. In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind our Pinterest strategies, creating visually stunning and highly engaging content that drives traffic, increases brand visibility, and generates revenue through affiliate marketing. You’ll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and industries, applying your expertise to craft Pinterest campaigns that stand out in a crowded digital landscape. Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive Pinterest strategies to increase followers, engagement, and website traffic for multiple accounts
Create and optimize 3-5 visually appealing pins daily, ensuring they’re SEO-friendly and aligned with current Pinterest best practices
Conduct thorough keyword research and apply relevant, high-performing keywords to maximize pin visibility and searchability
Implement and manage strategic pinning schedules to maintain consistent activity and maximize reach across different time zones
Spearhead affiliate marketing campaigns on Pinterest, identifying opportunities to drive revenue through strategic pin placement and content creation
Monitor Pinterest analytics closely, providing regular performance reports and insights to guide strategy refinement
Stay at the forefront of Pinterest trends, algorithm updates, and new features, continuously adapting our approach to maintain a competitive edge
Collaborate with our content and marketing teams to ensure Pinterest strategies align with overall brand goals and campaigns

Requirements

2-3 years of hands-on experience in Pinterest management or a similar role focused on visual social media strategy (APPLICANTS MUST SUBMIT PORTFOLIOS)
Proven track record of growing Pinterest accounts, with demonstrable increases in followers, engagement rates, and traffic referrals
Expert knowledge of Pinterest SEO, keyword optimization techniques, and best practices for content discoverability
Proficiency in Pinterest scheduling tools (e.g., Tailwind) and analytics platforms
Strong background in affiliate marketing strategies, particularly as they apply to Pinterest
Creative flair with excellent graphic design skills and proficiency in tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies
Up-to-date knowledge of Pinterest’s evolving features, algorithm changes, and best practices for business accounts
Experience in managing multiple Pinterest accounts across diverse industries
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and explain Pinterest strategies to clients
Self-motivated with excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Portfolio showcasing successful Pinterest campaigns and growth strategies is highly desirable
