Job description

Job Description:

NetImpact Strategies is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition and Operation’s teams. The Recruiting Coordinator will play a pivotal role in facilitating the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams, as well as supporting overall organizational goals and growth.

 Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth and efficient process, including virtual meeting setups and timely reminders.
  • Serve as systems administrator for Applicant Tracking System (ATS), troubleshooting system issues and spearheading improvements
  • Manage ATS data entry, maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate information, talent pools, and the job description library
  • Monitor shared email inboxes and route messages appropriately.
  • Oversee job requisition creation and posting, ensuring state and government compliance
  • Design, manage, and maintain email templates for mass communications
  • Regularly support TA team in offer letter creation and distribution
  • Facilitate candidate communication, providing regular updates throughout hiring process.
  • Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, HR, to ensure cohesive and positive candidate experience while ensuring all necessary documentation is completed
  • Maintain veteran job postings to effectively reach target audiences.
  • Serve as Point of Contact for employee referrals and maintaining regular communication with referring employees.
  • Regularly generate and document data reporting and analysis
Qualifications:

Required

  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail. 
  • Experience working in Microsoft Suite
  • Strong sense of urgency
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. 
  • Proactive and able to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment. 
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Additional education in Human Resources or a related field is a plus. 

Preferred

  • Previous Federal Consulting Experience 
  • Previous experience in recruitment coordination or a related administrative role is preferred. 
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
