Job description

Role Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute recruiting plans to identify top talent.
  • Source candidates using various platforms such as job boards, social media, and referrals.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
  • Conduct interviews via phone, video conferencing, and in-person meetings.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and organizational needs.
  • Maintain recruitment metrics and reports for transparency.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future opportunities.
  • Assist in employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Provide timely feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Negotiate job offers, salary, and compensation packages.
  • Onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the company.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor hiring practices.
  • Participate in job fairs and recruitment events as necessary.
  • Enhance the candidate experience through effective communication and follow-up.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a technology-focused environment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Exceptional interviewing, sourcing, and networking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Familiarity with various sourcing techniques, including social media and job boards.
  • Ability to assess candidates’ qualifications through interviews and assessments.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Keen attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Team player with a collaborative approach.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Master's degree in HR or related field is a plus.
