Who can apply:
Post Graduates and have relevant skills and interests
Ready to relocate to Navi Mumbai if staying in some other city
Candidates who are available to work full time at Navi Mumbai Kharghar (5 min walk from Railway station or Highway)
Candidates who are ready to start working on probation. (Duration of Probation: 3 Months followed by full-time job)
Salary:
During the probation period, the salary will be Rs. 10000 Per month+incentives
After the 3 months, the salary will be up to 3 Lac + performance-linked Incentives
Monthly Incentives during On the Job Training - ( Incentive structure for full time employees are different ) :
Rs. 2000 upon Joining of Candidate(s) total CTC from 5.00 -10 Lac CTC
Rs. 4000 upon Joining of Candidate(s) total CTC from 10-20 Lac CTC
Rs. 7000 upon Joining of Candidate(s) total CTC from 20-30 Lac CTC
Rs. 15000 upon Joining of Candidate(s) total CTC from 30+ Lac CTC
Performance Criteria per month to qualify to convert the OJT to employment opportunity:
Minimum 2 selections per month.
Selected HR Recruiter's day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Manage the recruitment life cycle
Search requirements of hiring, connect with hiring and talent acquisition manager
Send contact information and email to discuss the Hiring requirements.
Source the candidate using social media, job boards, WhatsApp, etc., call the interested candidates, and screen for eligibility and interest.
Learn, manage, and prioritize multiple searches for hiring projects.
Research and learn various domain and industry trends and understand the manpower requirements.
Work on cold calling candidates, to meet the hiring requirements
Handle volume and quality recruiting in a fast-paced and structured environment adhering to strict deadlines.
Perform search, screen, and shortlist candidates as per business requirements.
Conduct telephonic or video interviews of candidates sourced by the trainee
Work on calling and emailing the candidate and following up till onboarding.

Requirements
Qualification Required: Post Graduation in any stream(Mandatory)
Required Skills:
Fluent English communication and reading comprehension skills
Talkative and can strike conversations with strangers
