Sauce is looking for a Toast POS Specialist to join our team and play a critical role in ensuring seamless integration and troubleshooting of Toast POS systems for our restaurant partners. You’ll work closely with internal teams, product managers, and R&D to optimize POS connectivity and provide expert-level support for both our customers and internal stakeholders. This is a hands-on role where technical problem-solving, API integrations, and knowledge-sharing will be key to success.
What You'll Do:
Troubleshoot & Support: Serve as the go-to expert for troubleshooting and supporting Toast POS and other restaurant POS systems, ensuring smooth functionality and resolving any integration issues.
API & Webhook Management: Work with APIs, webhooks, and payment processors to maintain and enhance connectivity between Toast and Sauce’s platform.
Training & Documentation: Train internal teams on POS workflows, troubleshooting methods, and configuration best practices to enhance efficiency and problem resolution.
System Optimization: Maintain and optimize documentation related to POS connectivity and integrations to improve product performance.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Provide deep expertise in Toast integration, collaborating with product, engineering, and R&D teams to improve features and enhance the user experience.
What You Bring:
1-2 years of experience working at Toast or directly with Toast POS systems.
1-2 years of experience working on integrations between Toast and external services.
Strong understanding of POS system workflows, APIs, and payment processing integrations.
Availability and willingness to work US business hours (EST or PST preferred).
Professional-level English proficiency to collaborate effectively with global teams.
