This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:
  • Contract type: Independent Contractor
  • Work Schedule: 9am to 6pm EST, 40 hours a week
  • Oversee all digital aspects of an online coaching business, including Kajabi platform management and social media presence
  • Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for course delivery, student engagement, and audience growth
  • Create and manage all digital content, ensuring consistency and quality across all platforms
  • Continuously optimize business processes and user experiences to drive growth and engagement
  • Provide regular reports and insights on overall digital performance and recommend improvements

As the Online Business Manager, you’ll be the digital mastermind behind our client’s online presence, seamlessly integrating Kajabi platform management with comprehensive social media and content strategies. You’ll be responsible for optimizing the entire digital ecosystem, from course delivery and student engagement to brand awareness and lead generation. Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize the Kajabi platform, including course setup, student engagement, and content updates
  • Create and maintain landing pages, sales funnels, and email automation sequences in Kajabi
  • Produce, edit, and manage content for YouTube, podcast, and blog channels
  • Design and implement social media strategies across multiple platforms
  • Create engaging graphics and visual content using Canva and other design tools
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics for both Kajabi and social media channels
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive SOPs for all digital business processes
  • Collaborate with the business owner to align digital strategies with overall business goals

Requirements
  • Expert-level knowledge of Kajabi, preferably with Kajabi certification
  • Proven experience in social media management and content creation
  • Strong skills in video editing, podcast production, and graphic design
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana and Notion
  • Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and business process optimization
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment
