Job description

Job Description:

Baptist Health is looking for a Process Excellence Program Manager to join our team. This is a remote position that requires residency in KY or IN

The Program Manager and focus on developing, managing, and leading large complex strategic systemwide initiatives that enable the Baptist Health Vision: expand, excel, align, and advance. They will demonstrate extensive knowledge in Project Management and Process Improvement methodologies, with a proven track record as a trusted advisor within organizations. The Program Manager will effectively partner with leaders on key decisions, maintaining transparency regarding delivery issues. They develop and design the project management capabilities and implement processes to monitor and organize the portfolio of strategic work and initiatives. Additionally, they will coordinate and align project work and initiatives with the strategy office and finance to ensure alignment between initiatives, budgetary needs, and the organization’s strategic plans.

Essential Duties:

  • Utilize project management software tools and methodologies.

  • Plan, execute, and oversee projects from initiation to completion.

  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, tasks, and resource requirements.

  • Manage and coordinate project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and resource allocation.

  • Establish project schedules, timelines, and milestones.

  • Monitor project deliverables, proactively identifying and addressing issues and risks.

  • Provide guidance, direction, and support to project teams.

  • Lead quality assurance efforts to maintain project standards and objectives.

  • Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders, presenting insights, issues, and solutions.

  • Manage change initiatives as necessary to achieve project goals.

  • Evaluate and assess project outcomes to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Minimum Education, Experience, Training and Licensures Required

  • Bachelor's degree with 2-5 years' experience; master's preferred

  • Project Management Professional certification, Lean Six Sigma certification, or Change Management Certification preferred
