About the role
The Senior Cloud Engagement Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial management of the program portfolio and managing the entire portfolio of cloud platform projects. This includes cloud infrastructure, data and application, and modern workplace (M365 and O365) programs and projects.
- Portfolio, Program and Project Management: Manage the entire portfolio, ensuring deliveries within scope, schedule, and budget. Adhere to PMI processes and manage the planning and execution lifecycle using standardized project management documentation and tools.
- People Management: Act as the primary interface for the team’s Program/Project Managers as a people manager and an escalation manager. Identifying potential issues and resolving them before they escalate
- Pre-Sales / RFP / Proposal: Responsible for coordination of initial solutioning with the Delivery Integration Teams to get the SOW in place.
- BU Business & Revenue Growth: Identifying opportunities for business & revenue growth within existing client.

What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology
- PMP & Cloud Certifications
- Total Work Experience of 20+ Years.
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in Project and Program Management
