As a Project Manager at Prelim, you will be responsible for leading new projects and completing projects on time and within budget. You will play a key role in helping customers to go live and driving customer adoption, engagement, and satisfaction by providing expert guidance, training, and support.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer deployments and work with stakeholders on timelines
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their goals, challenges, and needs
Drive adoption and meet with important stakeholders on an ongoing basis
Provide ongoing customer support, including answering questions, resolving issues, and providing product training
Work closely with our Product and Engineering teams to communicate customer feedback and drive product improvements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher
Excellent project management skills
Strong technical problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Passion for helping customers succeed and drive business results
