Responsibilities
  • Maintain a roster of Clients Delivering 1:1 Mentoring and Positional Coaching
  • Offer sales coaching and business consulting to franchisees, supporting them in achieving their revenue targets and building sustainable businesses
  • Lead Weekly Large Group Sales Calls
  • Contribute to Delivery of Mastermind 3 Day Onboarding for new clients
  • Work collaboratively with franchisees to drive revenue growth through referrals, service upgrades, and additional services.
  • Onboard new franchisees and their teams to Mastermind's courses and services, ensuring a smooth transition and successful integration into the Mastermind ecosystem
  • Be adaptable to and willing to assist in other areas of the business not listed above

Qualifications
  • Proven Sales Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience in the fitness industry, ideally within a reputable fitness center such as Anytime Fitness. Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or surpass sales targets, showcasing a track record of success in a dynamic and competitive environment.
  • Coaching and Training Expertise: Demonstrated experience in coaching, mentoring, or training sales teams to improve performance and achieve sales goals. Strong understanding of sales methodologies and best practices.
  • Adaptability and Resilience: Highly adaptable and resilient in fast-paced and dynamic environments. Ability to navigate ambiguity, overcome challenges, and drive results amidst changing market conditions.
  • Excellent Communication: Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and concepts. Capable of delivering constructive feedback and providing clear direction to sales representatives.
  • Customer Focus: Deep understanding of customer needs, preferences, and buying behaviors. Ability to develop customer-centric sales strategies and tailor solutions to meet individual customer requirements.
