Phone & Virtual Interactions: Answer incoming calls, direct calls to appropriate medical personnel, and respond to patient inquiries regarding appointments, billing, and other administrative questions.
Scheduling & Appointments: Manage patient appointments, coordinate schedules, and ensure that appointments are properly booked and confirmed. Reschedule appointments as necessary.

Experience in Out-of-Network provider
Experience in Medical Billing is a plus
2-4 years of similar job-related experience
Experience with Microsoft Office products (Word and Excel)
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central a plus
