Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Scrum Master to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will not only ensure that Scrum principles and practices are effectively applied but will also bring an understanding of artificial intelligence (AI) concepts, including generative AI, large language models (LLMs), and prompt engineering. This role requires a servant-leader who can navigate both the Scrum framework and the evolving landscape of AI technology.

Responsibilities
The Scrum Master
The Scrum Master is responsible for ensuring that Scrum is understood and enacted across the organization. This includes facilitating the Scrum processes and ensuring that the Scrum Team adheres to Scrum theory, practices, and rules. The Scrum Master acts as a servant-leader, guiding the team and the organization toward greater efficiency and effectiveness.

Scrum Master Service to the Product Owner
The Scrum Master will serve the Product Owner by:
Identifying and implementing techniques for effective Product Backlog management.
Assisting the Scrum Team in understanding the importance of clear and concise Product Backlog items.
Collaborating with the Product Owner to navigate product planning in an empirical environment.
Ensuring the Product Owner effectively prioritizes the Product Backlog to maximize value.
Promoting agility and adaptability within the team.
Facilitating Scrum events as needed to drive engagement and productivity.
Scrum Master Service to the Organization
The Scrum Master will serve the organization by:

Leading and coaching the organization in its Scrum adoption journey.
Planning and implementing Scrum practices across various teams and departments.
Educating employees and stakeholders on Scrum and empirical product development.
Advocating for organizational changes that enhance the productivity and performance of the Scrum Team.
Collaborating with other Scrum Masters to improve the overall effectiveness of Scrum implementation in the organization.
Scrum Master Service to the Development Team
The Scrum Master will support the Development Team by:

Coaching the team in self-organization and cross-functionality to foster collaboration and innovation.
Assisting the Development Team in creating high-value products that leverage AI capabilities.
Identifying and removing impediments that hinder the team's progress.
Facilitating Scrum events as needed, ensuring they are productive and engaging.
Coaching the team in environments where Scrum is not yet fully adopted, helping them embrace agile practices.
AI Integration
In addition to traditional Scrum responsibilities, the Scrum Master should:

Stay informed about AI trends and technologies, including generative AI and LLMs.
Encourage the team to explore AI tools and techniques that can enhance product development and efficiency.
Facilitate discussions around the ethical implications and best practices of AI use in product development.
Assist team members in understanding and utilizing AI-driven insights to inform their work and improve decision-making.

Qualifications
Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an agile environment.
Strong understanding of Scrum principles, practices, and frameworks.
Knowledge of AI concepts, particularly in relation to generative AI and LLMs.
Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
