We are seeking a bilingual Senior Scrum Master (English and Spanish) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have consolidated experience in agile environments, particularly with the Azure DevOps tool, and will be responsible for facilitating communication between teams across different projects, ensuring quality delivery and promoting a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

Facilitate agile ceremonies and promote Scrum practices within the team.

Act as a bridge between different project teams, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.

Identify and remove impediments that may affect the team's productivity.

Create an environment that promotes responsibility, organization, and quality deliveries among team members.

Work closely with stakeholders and clients, maintaining good rapport and alignment of expectations.

Report to multiple management levels, keeping everyone informed about the team's progress and challenges.

Foster continuous improvement and the adoption of best agile practices.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Senior Scrum Master in agile projects.

Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).

Solid knowledge and experience with Azure DevOps.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and teams.

Ability to work autonomously, managing the team and its activities without constant supervision.

Capability to work in a dynamic and multifunctional environment, managing priorities and deadlines.

Differentials:

Certifications in Scrum or Agile methodologies (PSM, CSM, etc.).

Experience in specific sectors relevant to our projects (e.g., technology, finance, healthcare).

Knowledge of other agile management tools.
