We are looking for a CRM Administrator to optimize workflow, enhance lead generation, and streamline customer engagement processes. The ideal candidate for this role should demonstrate expertise in Monday CRM, proficiency in data-driven decision-making, and the ability to identify key business stakeholders. This role is critical for improving targeting accuracy, maintaining up-to-date customer data, and driving effective marketing automation
strategies.
Configure and manage Monday CRM to align with sales, marketing, and customer service objectives.
Research and identify targeted businesses and key decision-makers using industry-specific tools and databases.
Qualify, verify, and update contact information to ensure CRM data accuracy and relevance.
Design and implement automated workflows to improve lead nurturing, task assignments, and follow-up processes.
Develop, execute, and monitor email campaigns to boost engagement and conversion rates.
Analyze CRM metrics to refine targeting strategies and identify opportunities for process optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM initiatives with organizational goals.
Train team members on CRM functionalities, best practices, and data entry protocols.
Conduct regular data audits to maintain CRM integrity and compliance with privacy standards.
Requirements
Requirements/Skills Needed:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or Marketing.
3+ years of experience in CRM administration, data management, or a related field.
Proficiency in Monday CRM, including workflow automation, campaign setup, and reporting features.
Experience with data enrichment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo) and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp).
Strong analytical skills to interpret data trends and generate actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills for liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Attention to detail for precise data entry, segmentation, and quality assurance.
Certifications in CRM platforms (e.g., Monday CRM, HubSpot) or digital marketing are a plus.
