Job description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a CRM Administrator to optimize workflow, enhance lead generation, and streamline customer engagement processes. The ideal candidate for this role should demonstrate expertise in Monday CRM, proficiency in data-driven decision-making, and the ability to identify key business stakeholders. This role is critical for improving targeting accuracy, maintaining up-to-date customer data, and driving effective marketing automation
strategies.
  • Configure and manage Monday CRM to align with sales, marketing, and customer service objectives.
  • Research and identify targeted businesses and key decision-makers using industry-specific tools and databases.
  • Qualify, verify, and update contact information to ensure CRM data accuracy and relevance.
  • Design and implement automated workflows to improve lead nurturing, task assignments, and follow-up processes.
  • Develop, execute, and monitor email campaigns to boost engagement and conversion rates.
  • Analyze CRM metrics to refine targeting strategies and identify opportunities for process optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Train team members on CRM functionalities, best practices, and data entry protocols.
  • Conduct regular data audits to maintain CRM integrity and compliance with privacy standards.

Requirements
Requirements/Skills Needed:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or Marketing.
  • 3+ years of experience in CRM administration, data management, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Monday CRM, including workflow automation, campaign setup, and reporting features.
  • Experience with data enrichment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo) and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp).
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data trends and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills for liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail for precise data entry, segmentation, and quality assurance.
  • Certifications in CRM platforms (e.g., Monday CRM, HubSpot) or digital marketing are a plus.
Additional Job Details:

Set-up and Location: WFH
Work Schedule: 9:00 AM to 06:00 PM MST (12:00 AM - 09:00 AM PH Time)
Employment Type: Full-time
