About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Account Based Marketing Manager (North & South - Benelux, Nordics & Southern EMEA) to join our team in Amsterdam. This role will play a critical part in driving our marketing efforts by partnering closely with the Enterprise & Mid Market Sales Team to generate and nurture pipeline from a specific target account list.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies, funnel acceleration tactics, and have a strong background in marketing to an engineering audience (bottoms up and tops down motion).

What You Will Do:
  • ABM Program Development: Design and implement full-stack Account-Based Marketing programs tailored to engage and convert target accounts. Collaborate with the Enterprise & Mid Market Sales Team to align strategies and achieve pipeline goals.
  • Funnel Acceleration: Develop and execute funnel acceleration tactics based on data insights to expedite the buyer’s journey and drive conversion rates.
  • Event Management: Plan and execute a variety of events, including hosted, sponsored, and partner co-marketing events. Coordinate logistics, content, and promotional activities to ensure successful execution and lead generation.
  • Data-Driven Strategy: Utilise data analysis and reporting to inform marketing strategies, measure performance, and adjust tactics to optimise results. Familiarity with the demand generation funnel is essential.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and other marketing teams to ensure alignment of strategies and messaging across all channels.
  • Travel Requirements: Participate in events and meetings across the North & South region, with a significant amount of travel involved to support field marketing activities.
About You:
  • Highly motivated, curious, and results-oriented individual with a passion for driving growth.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across the North & South region.
  • 5+ years of experience in field marketing and Demand Generation, with a focus on ABM strategies and pipeline generation.
  • Experience marketing to an engineering audience or working within the devtools or cloud computing industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
