The Role:

As an account manager, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting schools and multi-academy trusts (MATs) to make the most of Mable’s services. You’ll be the key contact for a portfolio of customers, helping them see the full value of Mable, ensuring contract renewals, and identifying opportunities to expand their provision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and develop relationships with a portfolio of schools and MATs.
  • Strengthen relationships with key stakeholders to ensure high retention and engagement.
  • Track service usage, monitor impact, and proactively offer solutions to meet schools’ needs.
  • Identify and close upsell opportunities, ensuring every school gets the most out of Mable.
  • Hold regular check-ins with clients to share impact data and provide tailored support.
  • Proactively seek referrals and think about who else could benefit from Mable.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 2 years experience in account management or relationship management
  • Knowledge of the education sector and experience working with schools or MATs is a big plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to finding solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience using a CRM system and working in a data-driven way.
  • Passion for making a real difference in children's lives.
