Virtual Assistant (Outbound Sales & Appointment Setting)

Company Information:

Florida Surface Pro (Based in Florida)

Working Hours:

- Monday - Thursday: 4 PM to 8 PM
- Saturdays: 8 AM to 4 PM
- Sundays: 10 AM to 1 PM

Language Requirements:

English: Advanced (Fluent communication required)
Spanish: Preferred but not mandatory

Job Duties:

- Make 50-70+ outbound calls daily to prospective clients.
- Schedule sales appointments with potential customers.
- Manage and update CRM with lead interactions and appointment details.
- Maintain the company calendar and follow up on scheduled appointments.
- Handle inbound and outbound text messages and emails.
- Perform general administrative and CRM-related tasks.

Candidate Requirements:

- Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting.
- Strong phone communication skills with a persuasive and engaging approach.
- Resilience and persistence in handling outbound calls.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized with high call volumes.
- Customer service experience and a friendly demeanor.
- Reliable and able to work independently.

Tools/Programs to Be Used:

- CRM software – Builder Prime
- RingCentral (Voice over IP) or similar calling software
- WhatsApp, email, and chat tools for client communication
- Microsoft applications

Technical Requirements:

- Reliable high-speed internet connection.
- High-quality phone and computer for seamless communication.

**NOTE:** Candidates must be comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and have experience in sales or appointment setting. This position is remote/telecommute and requires a stable internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
