This is a remote position.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-Time Virtual Assistant (VA) with a strong background in real estate and cold calling. This role is split evenly between supporting real estate operations and performing cold calling duties, making it ideal for someone with a versatile skill set and a passion for real estate.
Key Responsibilities:
Real Estate VA (50%):
Manage and update property listings across multiple platforms.
Assist with CRM management, ensuring client data and property details are up-to-date.
Coordinate and schedule property showings, inspections, and client meetings.
Handle email correspondence and follow-ups with clients, agents, and other stakeholders.
Prepare real estate documents, contracts, and agreements.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
Assist with lead generation through online research and outreach.
Provide general administrative support to the real estate team.
Cold Calling (50%):
Make outbound calls to prospective clients, leads, and property owners to generate new business opportunities.
Qualify leads by gathering information about their needs, interests, and potential timelines.
Set appointments for property viewings, meetings, or follow-up calls for the sales team.
Maintain detailed records of calls, interactions, and outcomes in the CRM system.
Follow up with warm leads to nurture relationships and convert them into clients.
Handle objections and provide information to potential clients in a professional manner.
Achieve and exceed call and appointment setting targets.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant with a focus on real estate and cold calling.
Strong understanding of real estate processes, terminology, and industry practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM software, property listing platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
High level of organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
Strong phone presence and ability to handle high-volume calling.
Comfortable working remotely and maintaining a high level of productivity.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience working in a real estate agency or related field.
Familiarity with real estate software and tools.
Ability to quickly build rapport with clients and prospects.
