Wealth Armor: Growth & Operations Manager
Location: Remote
Compensation: Base Salary (We will consider Performance-Based Incentives in the future)
Overview: We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Head of Operations & Growth to scale our insurance agency within a fast-growing company. This leader will be responsible for overseeing all departments within the agency, ensuring seamless operations and sustained growth. In addition, they will lead efforts in recruiting, training, and optimizing agent performance, developing scalable operational systems, and implementing high-impact growth strategies to drive revenue and efficiency.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in the insurance industry, with expertise in life insurance sales, agency management, and operational leadership. They must have experience in high-volume recruiting, advanced training programs, and automation-driven efficiency, particularly in a fast-growth environment.

Key Objectives & Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Agent Growth
Goal: Recruit 300+ life insurance agents within 12 months (both licensed and newcomers).
•Develop and execute a multi-platform recruitment system, including LinkedIn, major job boards, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and targeted lead generation sources.
•Implement a structured onboarding process to ensure new agents are set up for success.
•Optimize agent licensing workflows and training modules for speed and efficiency.
•Build a system to track, coach, and ensure agents hit their first $1,000 milestone as quickly as possible to enhance retention.
2. Operational Systems & KPI Management
•Own and optimize systems, automation, and processes for scalability and efficiency.
•Implement GoHighLevel CRM for automation, lead tracking, and agent/client communications.
•Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to track recruitment numbers, retention rates, sales progress, and agent success metrics.
•Interview and benchmark against top-performing agencies to implement best practices for onboarding and training at scale.
•Work closely with leadership to refine KPIs, reporting structures, and growth strategies.
3. Sales & Revenue Growth Strategy
•Increase agent production and retention by implementing high-performance sales training programs, business automation tools, and client acquisition funnels.
•Monitor sales data to identify trends and optimize sales techniques accordingly.
•Ensure the agency is on track to scale to higher production levels.

4. People Management & Internal Recruiting
•Oversee recruitment and onboarding of internal staff, including a full-time Video Editor and additional support team members.
•Define roles, responsibilities, and expectations for each hire to align with company culture and goals.
•Manage third-party vendors and contractors, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and at a high standard.
5. Social Media & PR Strategy
•Collaborate with leadership to scale brand awareness and recruiting efforts across multiple platforms.
•Oversee content marketing and storytelling focused on agent success stories, milestones, achievements, and thought leadership in financial services.
•Execute PR campaigns to position the agency as a top player in the industry.
6. Project Management & Execution
•Act as the primary project manager across recruitment, operations, and other initiatives.
•Work independently and with autonomy to solve bottlenecks, propose solutions, and implement strategies.
•Proactively communicate resource needs, roadblocks, and opportunities for improvement to leadership.
7. Agent Success Systems & Retention
•Develop structured training programs to accelerate agent performance.
•Automate onboarding and sales training workflows to ensure consistent agent success.
•Build and manage milestone tracking.
•Implement accountability structures to ensure agent progress and performance.

Industry Experience Required
•3+ years of experience in insurance, financial services, or direct sales. Preferably experience working with agencies.
•Proven leadership experience in an agency, brokerage, or fast-growing insurance team.
•Experience with high-volume recruiting and agent development in a sales-driven environment.
•Deep knowledge of life insurance and wealth strategies for individuals and business owners.
•Strong track record in sales growth, agency operations, and leadership development.
