Position Overview:
As a Growth Analyst you will conduct market research and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive targeted campaigns and refine our go-to-market strategy. This role requires a mix of data analysis, strategic thinking, and collaboration to help the company scale effectively.
Analyze Growth Areas: Collaborate with Product and Business Development (BD) teams to identify key growth opportunities, developing insights to optimize product offerings.
Market Research: Address the total addressable market and conduct in-depth market research focused on customer needs, customer clusters, market trends, and competitor positioning.
Customer Segmentation: Conduct customer segmentation analysis to identify high-value customer groups, ensuring targeted messaging and outreach.
Business Case Development: Draft business cases for targeted campaigns, providing actionable recommendations and data-driven insights for the BD team.
Campaign Coordination: Work with the BD, Marketing and Product teams to coordinate and execute campaigns that align with strategic growth initiatives.
Pricing Strategy Support: Own pricing calculators to maintain desired margin levels
Reporting & Analysis: Use data to track the effectiveness of growth initiatives, providing regular updates and recommendations for improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, BD, and Marketing teams to align growth initiatives and ensure data-driven decision-making.
