This is a remote position.


Schedule:

  • 40 hours per week, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Chapel Hill, NC time - Monday to Friday

As a Virtual Assistant for our thriving insurance agency, you’ll be at the forefront of client interactions, managing important communications, and supporting the growth of our business. This role offers a unique blend of customer service, administrative support, and insurance industry exposure. You’ll handle a variety of tasks, from managing our CRM system to coordinating appointments between clients and licensed agents. Responsibilities
  •  Data Entry Assistance with Voice Calls
  • Mix of Data Entry Assistance and Personal Assistance
  • Should be technical in understanding the basic tools and resolve any issues and Challenges by researching independently for solutions.
  • Ability to handle calls or handle an influx of client calls.
  • Good Texting skills
  • In addition to being the best in the business when it comes to customer satisfaction, you will need to be a confident, fully engaged team player who is dedicated to bringing a positive and enthusiastic outlook to work each day
  • Ideal candidates for this position are highly motivated, energetic, and dedicated
  • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
  • The ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Basic understanding of Windows operating system
  • Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
  • The ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues
  • An aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation
  • Must be customer service oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious)
  • Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage
  • Strong team orientation and customer focus

MUST HAVE SKILLS :

  • PROPERTY & CASUALTY Insurance Industry Experience is a must Have

  • Working with USA based customers experience is a MUST

PREFERRED Skills :

Experience with EzLynx Software


Requirements

  • In this role, you will provide full life-cycle customer service
  • This role requires you to interact with US based customers each week across the country to ensure a best-in-class customer experience
  • Handle inbound and outbound contacts in a courteous, timely, and professional manner
  • Utilize knowledge base and training to accurately answer customer questions
  • Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues
  • Research systems to find missing information; coordinate with other departments to resolve issues as applicable
  • Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks
  • Accurately document and process customer orders in appropriate systems
  • Follow all required scripts, policies, and procedures
  • Comply with requirements surrounding confidential information and personal information
  • Escalate customer issues to the appropriate staff and managerial for resolution as needed
  • Attend meetings and training and review all new training material to stay up-to-date on changes to program knowledge, systems, and processes
  • Adhere to all attendance and work schedule requirements
  • This position relies on building relationships and turning the knowledge you gain in training into customer wins
  • This job operates in a professional office environment
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset
  • The staff will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone
