Job Summary

We are seeking a Salesforce Data Analyst to support the team in managing and optimizing data within Salesforce. This role will be hands-on in ensuring data cleanliness, enrichment, and integrity, assisting with Salesforce workflows, automation, and integrations, and helping to streamline data processes across revenue teams.


Working Hours:

  • Monday - Friday
  • 3pm - 11pm or 4pm - 12am (2 times a week)

Responsibilities:


Data Cleanliness & Enrichment

  • Maintain and enhance data integrity across Salesforce and related revenue systems.
  • Enrich and optimize data for sales, customer success, and revenue teams.
  • Identify and resolve duplicates, incomplete records, and inconsistencies.
  • Implement validation and automation to improve data quality and efficiency.

Salesforce Administration Support

  • Assist in system configurations, workflows, and automation to streamline operations.
  • Support troubleshooting, maintenance, and system updates.
  • Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings for data compliance.
  • Contribute to process improvements and best practice documentation.

Systems Integration & Data Management

  • Support data workflows and integrations between Salesforce and other revenue tools.
  • Assist in data mapping, cleansing, and migration between systems.
  • Collaborate on long-term data projects, including building a data warehouse.

Reporting & Insights

  • Ensure clean, reliable data for reporting, forecasting, and analytics.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining dashboards and reports.
  • Support ad hoc data analysis to drive data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in a data-focused role within Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Intelligence.
  • Strong Salesforce experience, including data management, reporting, and automation.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce administration tasks (user management, workflows, validation rules, duplicate management).
  • Experience with data governance, cleansing, and enrichment strategies to ensure high-quality CRM data.
  • Understanding of systems integrations and data flows between Salesforce and other tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English


Bonus points for:

  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and/or BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
