Lead Clinical Excellence at GenesisCare UK! Are you a dynamic and strategic clinical leader ready to shape the future of cancer care? We’re looking for a Director of Clinical Services to provide expert leadership across our state-of-the-art cancer care centres in the UK.

In this pivotal role, you will drive clinical excellence, patient safety, and service innovation, ensuring the highest standards of care. You’ll lead and inspire multi-disciplinary teams, develop robust clinical strategies, and work closely with key stakeholders to continuously improve services.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide strong, visible and strategic managerial and professional leadership to the Heads of Services, acting as a role model for clinical staff, positively influencing staff and encouraging innovation
  • Develop and embed processes that ensure all Centres maintain safe and appropriate staffing levels, that concerns are escalated, and issues rectified in a timely manner
  • Provide a professional clinical perspective on service development, delivery and corrective actions required
  • Attend Risk and Safety (weekly) and SQLF (monthly) meetings, ensuring key findings are actioned and shared appropriately
