Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Sports Travel & Events Coordinator to join our team. In this remote role, you will assist clients in planning and booking sports-related travel and event experiences. This includes coordinating transportation, accommodations, and event access to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for clients attending sporting events, tournaments, and other athletic gatherings.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and coordinate travel itineraries for clients attending sports events.
Process bookings and payments to secure reservations for accommodations, transportation, and event tickets.
Maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and travel partners to ensure the best options for clients.
Stay updated on travel regulations, including passport and visa requirements.
Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with travel-related inquiries and itinerary adjustments.
Attend training sessions to enhance industry knowledge and stay informed on the latest trends in sports travel and event planning.

Qualifications:
