We are looking for a talented and motivated Mid-Level Node.js + React Developer to join our team at Ci&T. Your mission will be to support other developers in adopting the Flow platform and its artificial intelligence (AI) agents. You will identify opportunities and assist in internalizing these opportunities to accelerate the development flow using Generative AI, promoting an evolution in the way teams develop solutions.

Responsibilities:

-Support for Adoption: Be part of the evolution of adopting Flow and AI agents among developers, providing support and guidance.

-Opportunity Identification: Identify opportunities to accelerate the development flow using Generative AI and help implement these solutions.

-Automated Testing: Implement and advocate for automated testing, ensuring code quality and reliability.

-Observability: Assist in improving maturity in observability and operational health.

-Technical Documentation: Create and maintain technical and product documentation based on what you and your team have built.

-Content Creation: Create and share educational content such as tutorials, blog posts, and videos that help developers understand and utilize the Flow platform and its new features.

-Design Discussions: Participate in design and architecture discussions, bringing innovative solutions to the table.

Must Have:

-Proven experience in backend development using Node.js (such as Next.js, Nest, and Express).

- Proven experience in React

- Experience in implementing authentication systems (solutions like Azure AD and B2C).

- Experience working with REST APIs.

- Generative AI: Understanding of Generative AI concepts and experience with integrating Generative AI APIs.

- Strong knowledge of Sass for advanced CSS styling

-Databases: Practical experience with relational and non-relational databases.

You will stand out if you have knowledge in the following tools:

-Testing: Ability to develop and execute unit and integration tests.

-Ability to accurately convert Figma designs into functional code

-Python: Knowledge in Python to complement your development skills.

-CI/CD: Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) for process automation.

-DevOps: Knowledge of DevOps practices for workflow optimization.

-TypeScript: Experience in TypeScript development.

-Architecture: Experience with microservices and microfrontend architecture.
