With the growth of the organization, it is becoming increasingly apparent that there is a need to have a line of accountability for onboarding, training and overall selling operations across CEA that can support day-to-day instructional design, coordination and measurement activities. The Sales Operations Analyst Role at CEA within the Enterprise Enablement team will support the organization’s selling efforts, by focusing on measurement of development programs, reporting on performance metrics specific to the sales organization and managing sales specific LMS efforts.
Job Responsibilities:
Analytics and Sales Operations
Sales Operations – There is a need to improve measurement and overall communication across the revenue generating teams. The sales operations role will work closely with key stakeholders and support the CEA enablement function.
1. Assess data from Salesforce.com to understand business unit performance. Work closely with the Salesforce Technology team to ensure the best practice within our processes.
2. Aggregate, format, and present findings, partnering closely with Sales and Operations leadership to provide data in both summary executive formats and detailed reports.
3. Establish scale reporting, identifying data trends and proactively uncovering areas of opportunity across all go-to-market roles to inform enablement initiatives.
4. Measure and report on sales by product/service, working closely with science and operations teams to inform strategy.
5. Leverage data repositories to mine data and build reports and dashboards using Salesforce.com and other internal data sources.
6. Support Enablement to identify performance metrics and continually track and report on impact.
7. Monitor and manage data, addressing any data integrity or hygiene issues.
8. Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce.com, Power BI, and data analytics features and functionalities, suggesting improvements and innovations where appropriate

Skills & Abilities:
Desired Experience
• Proven experience as a Sales or BI Analyst or similar role, working with Power BI and Salesforce.
• Advanced proficiency in Data and Analytics:
• Salesforce.com reporting, focused on the creation of dashboards and reports.
• Power BI – data modeling and visualization.
• Knowledge of data warehousing and data integration technologies.
• Experience working with an LMS such as Brainier, Cornerstone, etc.…
• Ability to analyze data to uncover areas of opportunity and assist in building plans to improve outcomes, particularly in sales-driven motions.
• An ability to present data in an effective, actionable manner and learn new software quickly.
• Practical understanding of business, technology, big data, and/or entrepreneurship.
• 6+ years of experience in consulting, data analytics, or a sales operations role.
• Manage key project workflows, ensure action items are progressing accordingly, and communicate with key stakeholders, providing timely updates.
• This role reports to the VP, Enablement and supports both the CPD and CCS commercial organizations.
• Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and work within deadlines with minimal supervision.
