As a Sales Officer, you will play a vital role in driving our sales efforts, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

Identify and explore new business opportunities through market research, prospecting, and lead generation.
Conduct sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve sales goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate product or service solutions.
Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and prepare sales reports for management review.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to effectively position our products or services.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as products, marketing, support, and IT, to ensure seamless sales processes.
Maintain accurate sales records, documentation, and utilize CRM systems for efficient sales management.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales, preferably in IT (Software)
Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand and address customer needs.
Strong negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
Proficiency in using sales automation tools, like Zoho CRM, and MS Office Suite.
A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
