Executive Growth Strategy & Market Expansion
Develop and own the North American business development strategy, aligning with Aristocrat’s global vision and revenue growth targets.
Identify, cultivate, and execute high-value partnerships, joint ventures, and strategic alliances to expand market presence.
Lead new market entry initiatives, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and emerging opportunities in the gaming, iGaming, and iLottery sectors.
Champion market intelligence, leveraging data-driven insights to guide expansion strategies and investment decisions.
High-Stakes Sales & Revenue Leadership
Oversee multi-million-dollar revenue generation efforts by leading strategic sales initiatives, contract negotiations, and deal closures at an executive level.
Lead C-suite level engagements with operators, government agencies, and key stakeholders to unlock new revenue streams and expansion deals.
Drive end-to-end sales execution from opportunity identification to complex contract structuring and regulatory approval processes.
Develop and oversee revenue performance metrics, pipeline forecasting, and sales governance frameworks to drive sustainable revenue growth.
Industry Influence & Strategic Positioning
Serve as a key industry thought leader, representing Aristocrat at major conferences, regulatory forums, and high-profile industry events.
Design and execute market positioning strategies, including bridge, platform, content, and cross-selling campaigns, to ensure that Aristocrat remains a dominant player in the region.
Advocate for regulatory advancements, working with compliance teams and industry bodies to shape policies that support business expansion.

What We're Looking For
15+ years of business development and sales leadership in the iGaming, iLottery, or casino gaming industry.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
Proven track record of driving multi-million-dollar revenue growth through high-stakes strategic partnerships, deals, and market expansion.
Deep understanding of North American gaming market regulations, government relations, and competitive dynamics.
Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite executives, regulators, and industry leaders.
Expert negotiator with a track record of closing complex, high-value contracts.
Strategic, data-driven decision-maker with proficiency in sales analytics, CRM, and revenue forecasting tools.
