Are you a compliance expert with a passion for navigating complex government regulations? Collins Aerospace is looking for a detail-oriented Compliance professional to support Raytheon Systems within our Mission Systems, Avionics and Space business units. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in ensuring compliance with Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and Truthful Cost or Pricing Data (TINA) requirements, conducting cost analyses, and reviewing commercial item determinations. You'll also lead investigations into potential compliance issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our compliance programs.

This remote position offers the opportunity to work closely with supply chain teams, government auditors, and regulatory agencies, influencing key decisions and improving processes across the organization. If you have a strong background in supply chain, finance, or contracts, along with expertise in FAR/DFARS and US Government contracting, this role will allow you to make a meaningful impact while growing your career in a dynamic and highly regulated environment.

This role will be performed REMOTE from any Collins Aerospace location either domestic or remote.

What You Will Do:

  • Review and audit supplier submitted Certified Cost or Pricing Data submittal for adequacy per US Government regulations
  • Analyze cost data and draft summary report of findings/assessments.
  • Interface with DCAA or DCMA on US Government assist audits
  • Develop and deploy training and tools to Supply Chain associated relative to US Government contracting
  • Support customer proposals as needed for Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and Truthful Cost or Pricing Data (TINA) requirements
  • Be subject matter expert for Commercial Item Determination (CID) exceptions and any other exceptions that may apply to CAS/TINA, also may perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
  • Independent work and completion on projects and assigned tasks as well as participation on cross-functional teams

  • Influencing business decisions at a high level – Work cross-functionally with supply chain, finance, and compliance teams, gaining visibility into executive decision-making processes
  • Building and delivering impactful training programs – Develop training materials and resources that help teams stay ahead of ever-evolving government compliance standards, sharpening your leadership and communication skills

Qualifications You Must Have: 

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience 
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

Qualifications We Prefer: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Accounting or Finance is preferred. Master’s degree is preferred
  • Procurement and/or accounting and finance experience 
  • Prior experience in Supply Chain, Contracts and/or Compliance 
  • Working knowledge of FAR/DFARS and legal/contract terms and conditions or USG contracting
  • Ability to handle multiple detailed projects simultaneously
  • Must be able to communicate with all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated data analysis capability and excellent written and oral communication skills are required
  • Ability to collaborate and influence with stakeholders

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
