Manager, Customer Insights
General Purpose of the Job
The IT Customer Insights Manager will be responsible for supporting the IT Voice of the Customer program to improve the operation side of the IT customer/consumer brand. The Customer Insights Manager will culture and maintain relationships with IT customers and lead initiatives to improve customer experience based on customer feedback. This position will work directly with Incident, Problem, Change, and other ITIL processes to make sure feedback from customers is championed and effectively prioritized. The IT Customer Insights Manager will gather, analyze and ensure collected sentiment feedback and data are shared with key stakeholders.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with IT Customers
Create and deliver presentations for customer audiences with IT updates around top customer pain points and new IT initiatives
Collect customer feedback on operational IT Pain Points
Investigate customer feedback, run down IT Problems, follow-up with customer
Identify new opportunities to improve customer exp through growth of existing services or new services or new customers
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree required.
4-6 years' experience in Customer Insights
Specialized Experience, Education, Training, or Qualifications
Supervisory experience (preferred)
Capability to build highly effective teams in support of business growth (preferred)
Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills required (required)
Commitment to DaVita Mission and Values (required)
ITIL Foundations (preferred)

Salary/ Wage Range
$56,500.00 - $83,000.00 / yearCompensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
